- IP Address and User Agent - Recorded during login for security and audit purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for:
- Authenticating your identity and providing secure access to your account.
- Displaying your shipment bookings, delivery status, and consignment details.
- Showing outstanding payment information (bills, money receipts, deductions).
- Providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Sending OTP codes for secure login authentication.
- Maintaining security logs and preventing unauthorized access.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers - We use BizMagnets for WhatsApp OTP delivery. Only your phone number is shared for this purpose.
- Legal Requirements - When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Operations - With authorized personnel within ABC Transport who need the information to serve your logistics needs.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
- Token-based authentication (Sanctum) for mobile app sessions.
- OTP verification for every login attempt.
- Automatic session expiry for inactive accounts.
5. Data Retention
We retain your login activity logs for security audit purposes. Your account information is maintained as long as you have an active business relationship with ABC Transport. Authentication tokens are revoked upon each new login session.

You have the right to:
